Though it isn't really a sunken lighthouse, the difference between this light house and all the other lighthouses out there is that this one was built UNDER the water.
The lighthouse was first built on Ressort Isola, for the simple reason that it is the island furthest out to see, and that it is pretty much the only island left with any room on it. However, the people who lived on Ressort Isola filed multiple complaints about the lighthouse being too bright. They missed the night sky view, and they were willing to push it into the sea and let it sink to get that view back.
Luckily, the leader came up with a way to sink the lighthouse himself. He had them recycle the material of the old lighthouse and rebuild it under the water in an area where fish weren't seen too often. Now the water stays lit, even at night, and those sailing through it can even see the sandbars so they can avoid them.
Recently, the lighthouse was opened to the public, for a fee ofcourse, and people can actually walk down its stairs, tour the lighthouse, and get a beautiful underwater view of Taikai Ueki.
