The City of Eternal Storms

The City of Eternal Storms rests in the Long Valley. It lays at the top of a small hill, and gets its name because, well, its under an eternal storm. For reasons still yet unknown to these citizens, a constant rain cloud lingers over the hill, shooting out lightning as fast it can rain. The air is stuffy with electric charges, and it is the most dangerous city in the region. The city was built here to make its people stronger, and while it is true that the citizens here have nearly superhero strength, their average life span is usually very short do to the electricity (go figure). Most of the buildings are made of black stone with large metal spikes coating the roof. It is not yet understood if any of these citizens actually have a brain.
